Welcome to Gardermoen Hotel Bed & Breakfast

The number of people, price, time, date, accommodation to be provided by Gardermoen Hotel Bed & Breakfast appears in the booking confirmation that you receive after booking. The agreed price is binding for both parties. Prices include VAT.

You are welcome to check in from 15:00, and the room must be checked out at 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. Late check-out costs NOK 100 per hour (max. 2 hours).

Deadline for cancellation is 48 hours before the day of arrival. If the room is not canceled within the deadline, hotels have the right to charge for the first night. If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The guest will be charged an advance payment of the price for the order.

The guests do not pay a deposit, but the guest or the person standing as guarantor for the room is responsible for damage to the premises resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior of the guest.

Wi-Fi is available everywhere and is free of charge.

There is an age limit of 18 for guests who are not traveling with their parents.

• Children of all ages are allowed.
• Children up to and including 4 years of age have the option of sleeping in their parents' bed at no extra cost.
• Children (up to 2 years) stay free when using available cots.
• The maximum number of cots is 2.

Private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed). Parking during your stay is free. There are separate prices for long-term parking -> more info under "Facilities and services" menu.

Pets are allowed. There is an additional cleaning fee of NOK 200 per overnight stay.

Gardermoen Hotel Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking hotel. In case of smoking in the room, Gardermoen Hotel Bed & Breakfast will demand compensation for additional cleaning of the room. This compensation is set at NOK 1,500. This is paid by the guest at check-out.

In the event of extraordinary events beyond the control of the contracting parties, such as war, riots, blockades, natural disasters, strikes and fires, etc. which makes it impossible to fulfill the obligations in the agreement, gives it the right to cancel the agreement without liability for damages.
